Unable to sync fitbit to Samsung 6s+

My fitbit is one month old and it stopped syncing w my phone. I've tried everything. Restarted both the tracker and the phone, removed the tracker for the app and added it again, uninstalled/installed the app again and still nothing. It says that the tracker can not be found (it is charged and on, counting steps and everything). Contacted customer support 2 times w no progress. Anyone else had the same issues?

Hey there @Fmfr are you still experiencing issues to sync? If so, the best step is getting in touch with support one more time, so they can evaluate your case and options.
