I'm trying to set my Start & End time in the Fitbit app to 9am-9pm, but it won't change from 7am-7am. Is this a bug? There's been some issues of not getting reminders to do my steps as well from this.

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for providing additional information, and sharing the steps that you've tried so far. Let me share that our team released the Fitbit app 4.45 to fix this issue. This app version has started rolling out to all our members so please keep an eye on the store of your phone and make sure to install it as soon as you see it available.
I appreciate your patience and don't hesitate to keep me posted on the outcome.
Hi @Rasubun I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit for this issue. I don't know if this is a new bug or not. It doesn't affect iPhone users.

Best AnswerHello @Rasubun
I recall seeing other users report issues with setting their goals. However, I thought that had been fixed with an app update. Which version of the Fitbit app are you using? To find the version info, tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page. Then tap on Help in the menu that opens. The app version info should be on the page that opens.
Have you had a chance to try changing your hourly goal by:

Best AnswerMy app version is 4.41. Is that the latest?
I've gone into Reminders to Move and clicked into Start & End Time, it just opens into my Goals page. I've tried changing my Hourly activity but it didn't change the times. It still says 7am-7am.
Hello @Rasubun , @ColKes , @Nasauber
Thank you for confirming that the other pathway to change the Hourly Reminder to move didn't work.

Hi there, @Nasauber.
Thanks for replying back with those details. I wanted to let you know that this issue with the start and end times for the reminders to move not updating has been escalated to our team for a more in-depth investigation.
Please be assured that I will keep them aware of the impact this is having on all our members. I'll also update this thread as soon as I receive any further information.
Best AnswerYour fix does not work for me. Further, when I click over the Start & End Time, it takes me to my Goals page! I tried setting the Bedtime and Wake time in case somehow that worked, but no help.

Welcome on board, @CERC.
Thanks for joining this thread and sharing the steps that you've taken so far. I'd like to share with you that this situation has been reported to our team for further investigation. While I don't have an update, I'll keep you posted with any information as soon as it becomes available.
did you ever fix it? Kind of annoying the only response you got was “you need to post this somewhere else”.
Best AnswerMy understanding based on the moderators response is that the issue has been escalated higher - so my sense is that they know there's a problem and are working on it.
I would expect an actual fix will come out asap.
