Reminder to Move: Start & End time won't change

I'm trying to set my Start & End time in the Fitbit app to 9am-9pm, but it won't change from 7am-7am. Is this a bug? There's been some issues of not getting reminders to do my steps as well from this.

Thanks for your continued reports. Our team is aware of this issue with the reminders to move settings and they're currently working on it. While I don't have specific details to share at this moment, rest assured that I'm keeping them informed of the impact to all of you.
