The app says it is "Something went wrong. Unable to load your goals" since yesterday.
This on top of the months-long issue of it not showing old previous days totals for months now. (I'm on a 1650 day step streak, and this looks likely to lose it because you continue to fail to fix the app).
iOS app for iPad, version 4.41.

Fitbit moderator-the ‘fix’ of deleting and reinstalling the app has not worked for me and many others. What are you going to do about this?

Thank you I’ve actually managed to do it similar to what you advised!
i went to settings>nutrition & weight, from here goal weight is still giving an error but I went into Food>help me set a goal> and it lets me set a goal weight from here!
thanks for nothing Fitbit

Do you need to sign out before you delete and reinstall app to fix goals not showing?

Interestingly, enough last week there was an upgrade to my Fitbit watch and so once I put the upgrade in all my info came back. There are goblins hanging out in the Fitbit app.

I tried reinstalling and it didn’t work. What DID work thankfully was turning off the metrics
next to “Today” > hit the pencil symbol > turn whatever goal issue not working off > save then go back in and turn it on > save

Didn’t work for me sadly, so frustrating that Fitbit aren’t sorting it.

Hi I’m still not able to edit my goals. I have uninstalled my app and reinstalled it again. I’ve changed my account over to Google and my phone is up to date. iOS 16.7.11
its been like this for quite a while now and I’ve tried everything to correct this. It’s getting a little frustrating now.

I've updated the app and it didn't fix the reminders to move glitch. Can't make any changes. Get an error message. I've deleted the apps several times and rebooted as well. Still not working.

Thank you. I only connected my new Inspire 3 to my iPhone 15 just three days ago. The layout is definitely different then what was on my old Fitbit. Just can't make a change on "Reminders to Move".
