Did you mean:

"Unable to load your goals"

ANSWERED

The app says it is "Something went wrong. Unable to load your goals" since yesterday.

This on top of the months-long issue of it not showing old previous days totals for months now. (I'm on a 1650 day step streak, and this looks likely to lose it because you continue to fail to fix the app).

iOS app for iPad, version 4.41.

I didn’t lose any history

Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, turned off, turned on, still doesn’t work. It’s annoying, I live by this thing, but maybe that’s pathological in and if itself.

I have also been having this issue ‘something went wrong unable to log goals’. Have deleted and reinstalled app- didn’t work.

my app is also logging my weight every single day even though I didn’t log it and it’s not connected to any other apps!

does Fitbit ever fix anything??

Hi, I’m glad it’s not just me.

Do you delete the Fitbit app then reinstall? Or is there a different way to uninstall then reinstall. I can’t lose my data.

I actually did a reset. I didn’t lose any data. It fixed the problem but
it’s started again so I’m going to have to do another reset. I wish Fitbit
would sort it out

Hello Lizzy, I have this issue too on iPhone and iPad  ‘something went wrong, unable to load your goals’. I’ve tried everything uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting. Nothing works. I have iPhone 13 and am on software version 18.5.
Are you able to help please?
thanks, Carole

I’m always afraid to delete an app just to reinstall it, but it worked! Thank you so much!

No one from Fitbit got back to me on this, but I’ve resolved it myself. Despite deleting and reinstalling the app several times, initially nothing worked. I then discovered you need to go to settings, weight, and delete the old goal, before you can input a new one. You need to do this each time you want to alter the goal, you can’t just click on edit goal.

Thank you, after months of trying I’ve finally been able to set a new goal!

Thanks for that. But I cannot access my goals--I get a message unable to
load goals. All ideas welcome.

I have not been able to update my weight goal for a few weeks, but I can amend other goals like steps and sleep? I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times and this hasn’t fixed it. Can you please investigate? I have iPhone 15 plus, and I’m on iOS 18.4.1

thanks
