Hello @Rox1990, I'm happy to see you have joined to our Fitbit Community. Let me help you out with this and my first recommendation would be to make sure on your phone Do Not Disturb mode turned is OFF.
- If this mode is Off, make sure you have your Heart Rate Monitor set to “Auto”
- If you have your Heart Rate Monitor set to “Auto” this can be found on your tracker settings.
- Unpair all other devices paired to your Fitbit account in case you have more trackers.
- Force close the Fitbit app.
- Turn your phone's Bluetooth off.
- Restart your tracker. (Check this post for additional help with restart)
- Restart your mobile device.
- Turn your phone's Bluetooth back On.
