I am getting ready to be a liver donor. UVA loaned a charge 2 for me to track my fitness. The charge 2 was used by others and now I have all their awards and high step counts accredited to me and is carrying over to my new charge 3.

Hi @SunsetRunner, nice to see you here. Your decision is very impressive, I hope everything goes as you planned!

 

About your suggestions, I've moved it to the support board since I think that you can fix this by creating a new Fitbit Account. Then you can restart your Charge 2 and set it up as a new device. In that way you will have your Fitbit as new, 0 awards and 0 steps. About your Charge 3, you will have to do the same thing and pair it to your new account once you've confirmed that your Fitbit account is showing the information that you wish.
