Hi. I think I unknowingly did something stupid...
I wanted to get rid of an app off my versa. So I did a factory reset...like reset my phone to default settings...nope.
How do I get my versa working again?
Help please someone!

Once you factory reset a fitbit it is disconnected from your account so you need to go through the setup process again. In the app, go to the account section (select your profile at the top left) and then select "set up a device". This will step you through the setup again and reconnect the fitbit.

Thanks for your help. I charged my versa for a couple hours.
Unfortunately, my versa did not respond to "set up device." It won't turn on at all.
I tried pressing the left side button and the right side buttons...nothing.
Any suggestions?

I can't get the phone ( versa) to turn on after the reset.
