Unable to setup Ionic with Samsung J5 2016

I have a fitbit ionic and a galaxy J5 2016.

i'm unable to connect the devices and do updates on my ionic.

A year ago worked it perfectly.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let me share with you that the Samsung Galaxy J5 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern. That being said and even though your phone is not compatible, please give it a try to our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
