Resting BPM Not Showing

Everyday my fitbit will show my resting bmp within about 3 hrs of wearing it, well today it has been 5 hrs and it is still showing __ for resting bpm. I have already tried closing the app and reopening it and turning on and off my bluetooth then re syncing it. Help!

@alyshinouskis Hi and welcome - does it eventually show up after a few syncs or does it stay at zero? Have you got all day sync and always connected selected and is your hr set to auto these may help to improve the connection  and syncing of the data

 

I have also noticed that sometimes it takes a while to download the sync certain data first thing in the morning

 

let us know if you have these settings and if you haven't give them a try to see if it makes any difference
