Resting BPM not showing in app dashboard.

I have noticed that the daily resting bpm does not show in the App dashboard until at least half a day or more even if you have synced it numerous time manually. Any of you have noticed this?

Thnk you.

Hello @Dlff, I hope you're doing well, it's great to see you around the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have taken the time to share your experience with us. Tell me, when you sync, are you able to see 2 dashes where the resting bpm should be? If so, please take a screenshot of your Dashboard and reply to us with it, this will be very helpful for us to check this further.

We have moved your post from the Versa board to the Android board as it seems this issue is more related to the app and not the Versa itself.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

Yes I can see the two dashes where the resting heart beat numbers are supposed to be. You maybe right & if I’m not mistaken is the same with my Versa. I have switched back to my Versa now & it will monitor the resting heartbeat numbers regularly.  Thank you.

Hello @Dlff, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have come back to us and let us know you've checked this in the app. Before syncing, I would also like to suggest you to swipe up on your Versa for the Today app to open, scroll down and you will be able to see if your Versa is currently tracking your heart rate. If it is, you will be able to see it. If not, the resting heart rate will show up. Try to place your Versa a bit upper on your wrist, wait for a minute and check again. Then sync and let us know if you're still able to see the 2 dashes in the Fitbit app where resting bpm should be.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day!

Hi @MarcoGFitbit and @Dlff I have noticed this sometimes too. I am using a charge 2. The other problem with a delay in the resting bpm is that the app doesn't create a line graph for the day so far until it has settled on a number to display.  I would have thought that it could default to the previous days result until the latest resting bpm is decided.
