Hi,
The resting heart graph is not showing anymore on my android app.
Any idea why or how to get it back ?
Thanks in advance

Thanks @telomeras for your insight.
I also believe the problem is not related to the watch. The strange thing is now everything is back to normal.
When I tab the heart rate tile I see the resting heart rate graph and the other graph. I didn't reboot my phone and I didn't get any update (that I know of)
Hi, @NicolasF2020 do you have heart rate on the opening screen of your app? Can you tap on it to see more information?
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
Best AnswerHi @Julia_G ,
Yes I have the the Heart Rate tile, When I tap on it I only see the daily heart rate graphs (one for each day).
I used to see the resting heart rate at the top and then they daily heart rate graphs but some reason in the last week I don't see it (resting HR graph) anymore.
I have the same issue. The graph stopped displaying one week ago, for no obvious reason. Cannot recall that I changed anything.
I have read all help articles and tried all reboots of both watch and phone, removing and reinstalling the app with rebooting the phone in between. I am also in touch with support via direct msg, but this far they have not been able to help. For some reason, it serms to be hard to get the message through that the watch and the transfer of data is ok, because all I get is links to the same articles I already read and tried, focusing on the watch and not the app.
Proof that the data is being registered: if I tap into the tile of one of the days which do show up (from one week ago) and the tap again on that days graph, I can swipe through every day until today and see the continuous graph of the heart beat rate. But I do not get the first overview graph, means I cannot easily follow the trend, which is a problem. It is even stranger since it worked until Sep 18th, then skipped the next day, show Sep 20th and after that nothing. But the detailed data is there in the background.
In my opinion, this has very little to do with the watch and everything to do with the graph app. It is the same regardless of mobile or computer.
Thanks @telomeras for your insight.

Not exactly sure if I'm having the same issue. I see my resting heart rate but when I hit it only see each day's without the above graph that if you hit you get the daily average in week, month or year. Please tell me this is a temporary problem and they didn't get rid of the data.
Hi @rayban776
You can check that the data is still there by going to your dashboard on the fitbit website. If it si like me the resting HR should be there.
Best AnswerIt seems the data is there, it is just not displayed in all the graphs. In my case I only get the momentaneous heart rate. No updated resting heart rate is displayed - it is stuck on the last value which is displayed in the overview which follows when tapping the heart rate tile once. That is from Sep 20th.
Really strange. Unfortunately, the problem is still there for me. I have made sure I have the last version of the app and rebooted everything several times with zero result.
After contacting support, they created a case since they could not find a solution either. I hope for a helpful response from that case soon.
Yesterday I tried once more to fix this by deleting the app, rebooting the phone, reinstall the app, deleting the bluetooth connection, adding it anew.
Now it works. I both get all the heart rate data, resting, weekly overview, details, all of it and the detailed sleep pattern. Unfortunately, I did not get it for the days when this did not work, which is a bit strange since I see the detailed daily heart rate if I go into the graphs deep enough.
To me it seems this has something to do with the BT connection. I have a pair of BT headphones, which I need to disconnect and connect again on purpose, maybe something happened during that procedure. I believe I read somewhere about BT headphones and possible issues. Not in the articles provided by support though.
Best AnswerResting heart rate has never worked right in the app. Sometimes it is there, sometimes it is not. Often it's not right.
Today, for example, I exercised and the app said my max heartrate during the exercise was 146 but the graph of my heart rate for today only goes up to 130. There are a lot of problems with data not showing up in the app or not matching other data. Another example. I exercised for 40 minutes. I sync with my device and the app shows 40 minutes. A couple of minutes later (without closing the app) it is only showing 10 minutes active while showing 40 minutes of exercise elsewhere in the app. It's so crazy it's almost useless.

Best AnswerI wonder if its another feature removed that will only be accessible if you are prepared to pay for the extortionate premium membership I cant get the graph on my phone or web browser. I happen to think this one one of the most useful bits of information.
Like others the resting heart rate graph vanished for no apparent reason. Tried lots of things to no avail. Data is there in browser web view. It's not the watch it's the app. Then one day it reappeared; unclear why/how. All was well for a few weeks and now has gone again
Has anyone logged a fault with Fitbit? Is it getting looked at or are you getting ignored?
I did log it to Fitbit support, but there is no ongoing dialogue. It is working now, but a bit unstable with delays of sometimes up to 2 days, before the overview is displayed.
