Resting heart rate does not match web dashboard

According to the Fitbit app, my resting heart rate has been 51 bpm since April 27. However, the heart rate tile on the web dashboard reflects different, varying values for the same time period.

After browsing the forums, here's what I've done as troubleshooting steps:

  • Restarted the Versa 2
  • Restarted the phone
  • Changed the clock face
  • On the Versa 2, gone to Settings > Heart Rate, turned off the heart rate feature, synced the Versa 2, then re-enabled the heart rate feature
  • On the app, cleared the cache, force-stopped the app
  • On the app, cleared the cache, cleared the data, force-stopped the app
  • Logged out of the Fitbit bit app
  • On the app, removed the Heart Rate tile, synced the Versa 2, then added the heart rate tile
  • On the web dashboard, removed the removed the Heart Rate tile, synced the Versa 2, then added the heart rate tile

Any idea what might be causing this issue and how it can be resolved? Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? According to the Google Play store, the Android app was last updated on April 28th.

Device: Samsung Galaxy S10

Software: Android 11

Fitbit App Version: 3.41.2

EDIT: I just downgraded the app to version 3.36.2 to see if that makes a difference.
