Cannot read text in Challenges

Hi. I am doing weekly challenges with a couple of friends. Since a while back I cannot read any of the messages they are writing. I have both an android and an iPhone and the issue is the same on both phones. Whenever somebody writes a text I only see {comment} and nothing else. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Please try the following in your Android phone: 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear the app cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in and check your Challenges 

If after this, you experience the same, attach a screenshot to you next reply and let me know the name of the Challenges where this is happening.
