Monthly exercise tracker shows only one week

I've seen this is the forums since 2015 and now I'm having the same issue. The monthly tracker on the app only shows a week. How do I fix this? I've tried logging in again, reinstalling the app, syncing etc etc.

@Rebekahj12 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. 

 

Please try the following troubleshooting, even when some of the steps have been done previously: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear the app cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in 

 

If the data is still not showing properly, attach a screenshot to your next reply and let me know the phone model and OS installed on it.
