Resting heart rate not showing today's data.

Had sync for a few time today. Fitbit app not showing any update on the resting heart rate. 

Why?

Hi @dorst622. Nice to see you around the Forums!

 

Thanks for your efforts while syncing your data. It's odd that your resting heart rate isn't updating and to further investigate, may I know since when this started to happen? Are you able to see your resting heart rate on previous days? I'd recommend to give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. On your phone's settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  5. Tap on the heart rate tile and check your data one more time.

 

If the same keeps happening, please take a screenshot of what is displayed on the Fitbit app so I can take a deeper look. For instructions to attach a picture in your reply, check this post.
