Any idea how I can return the Fitbit for an exchange please. The bracelet is completely split, and the sleep option never worked. Thank you.

First step is to contact customer support via this link:

 

contact.fitbit.com

 

Note that the warranty runs for 12 months from purchase (or 24 months if you are in Europe)
