Regarding your inquiry about Rowing, this activity is available on the list of exercises in the Fitbit app. To add it, jut tap on the "+" symbol on the "Track your exercise" tile and type "rowing". Then enter the details related to the activity and click on Log It.

What core exercise would most mimic ERG rowing?
Best Answer@AncientKitty currently, only Sense 2 and Versa 4 support Indoor Rowing as type of exercise but it's nothing more but a new label and icon. There are no new metrics like you can see on some other watches (ie. stroke rate, power, drag factor, speed, pace, distance). It doesn't really matter what exercise you use to track rowing. Probably, best choice is Workout which later you can rename.
