What happened to the all day sync

I have had a Fitbit for years, and there was always a button to turn on for all day sync, I have looked and looked, I have  a Galaxy flip3, just wondered where it went!

Hi @55Bar59 - the all day sync in the Fitbit App has been replaced by smart sync which does virtually the same thing. It automatically syncs when it is necessary and can. If you are having syncing problems see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

From what I can see, Fitbir seems to assume that my 5 miles is 5k (and has lowered my miles), but it is still calculating it on miles and not km 

 

I took SS when the front showed not green miles, bur the weekly dash DID. Then the weekly dash changed to 3.2 miles (nor green). Trendy Tyler the creator shirts.

And It does not sync when I open my Phone!!

@55Bar59  - have you tried chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo Help & support, Contact Customer to resolve your syncing issue?

Yes I have it was syncing, for a few hours, then went back to once a day in the early Am! Barbara

@55Bar59  - if you have restarted the watch (or even factory reset) and it's still not syncing, it is most likely a phone issue. Did you try logout of the Fitbit App and restarting it too.

Also check that battery saving is not enabled on the phone. The Fitbit App, Bluetooth and location must be running in background and if you or the phone shut them down it can't sync.

yes I did, they said they were going to send it, it to someone else it worked for a day, now it will not sync, I always have to go to settings and forget device!! It is very frustrating!!
