Hello @russelleast1965, welcome aboard to our community. THis bis very odd, since it should not happen while you are using the Mobile Run feature. I wonder if you can share with me a screenshot of how it looks your activity to determine the possible reason why it gave you this issue?
Something to keep in mind also are the following questions:
In the meantime I can recommend, if still is happening in a daily basis, to restart the app. Please log our from your count and either force stop the app or restart your mobile device. Once you have done this please log back in on your Fitbit account and try again.
