Hi There!

I'm using Fitbit Version 3.36.2 and the route tracking for my exercise has suddenly stopped working with the mileage and pace being way overstated.  When I start it, the app immediately says I've gone 172,032 miles and there is no map of the route afterward.  I tried to post a screenshot of it but, the board won't allow it..

 

My wife has version 3.43.1 on the same model phone and her tracking works as expected but, I can't upgrade because the Play Store says Fitbit no longer supports my version of Android.

 

Anyway, any ideas about what's going wrong?
