S7 syncing

Seriously FitBit. Stop wasting time with Pebble and FIX your sync problems! I'm sick of having to restart my Samsung Galaxy S7 just to sync. Before you suggest it; yes, I have tried every one of the suggested solutions. All of no help at all. Seriously, just fix it!

I have a Flex 2 and a Charge 2 with a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. My wife has a
Flex 2 on a Galaxy S7.

We both have the same syncing problems. Both phones on latest updates. Both
need restarting to get sync working.

Used mine for first time yesterday and all seemed well, logging steps swimming and sleep times accurately. Today it won't synch at all. Fitbit 2 with Moto G4

There is a significant design flaw with this product platform somewhere!

Samsung Galaxy Note5, model SM-N920V. Android version 6.0.1. Fitbit version 2.39.1. Fitbit Flex. Issue is with syncing, get Tracker Not Found.  Can see it in Bluetooth.  All locations settings are correct as per other atricles in the forum.  Syncs after restart of phone.

I got a Charge 2 for christmas and started on the 26th. It was working fine, but on newyears eve, it synced for the last time at 20:12. I have a Samsung S5 phone. I keep getting the message "Tracker not found".

What to do?

I can only agree. I have a Charge HR and BlackBerry Leap, and can only sync one time in ten. Not sure why I keep wearing the tracker to be honest!

Charge 2-got it on chirstmas day.  still not syncing.  bluetooth will not stay on!

I have the Charge 2 with Samsung S5. Just got it for Christmas. Problems with syncing are hit and miss. Some days are fine and some days nothing at all.

This problem is not solved! Will fit bit offer any real support! I think twitter maybe the only way guys to highlight this?

Mine actually started working reasonably after I followed every suggested step including uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it's stopped syncing again today, which is annoying as I have just completed a long walk and I wanted to see how far I'd gone. I am almost at the point of putting it back in the box and asking for a refund

I am with you!!! My has not sync like it should from day one. I have emailed Fitbit and their answer was to send it back to them and once they find out what is wrong then they will let me know what they will do. I paid to much money just to send it back and maybe after who knows how long I might get one back!!

I'm having the same issues. I got the tracker right before Christmas and have had issues basically from the beginning. I have an Alta and a Droid Maxx. All up to date. I have to uninstall, reinstalled, unpaid, pair again and reset tracker just to get it to sync. Half the time when I pair again, it can't find the tracker. I have gone through every trouble shooting step to no avail. Thinking about returning it.

I got mine for Christmas and it worked fine until last night it stopped syncing what can I do. I have a galaxy s7 help.

I started with a Charge 2  and Moto G4 11/17/2016. Worked good for a few weeks, Fitbit pushed a firmware update (...14) and the trouble started. Won't sync, can't find tracker, etc. Tried all solutions I have been able to find, nothing fixes the problem. I have tried a new Charge2, I get the same results. I now have 2 Charge 2's neither 1 will work the way stated in advertisements. I can acheive as much with a $20.00 pedometer. So I am feeling the frustration, like everyone else. Fitbit does not get my recommendation.
