When I receive a text on Note 5 it shows as "new message" but does not say who it is from or the text message. I cannot open it after tapping or holding down?

 

Is this a settings issue?

Welcome to the Community @Golden_Knight. If you are having problems with your texts notifications, I recommend following the instructions provided by @MarreFitbit in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post. Also, can you please tell which tracker you have?
