We have followed all you suggestion in Android syncing - Permissions/Location and it still does not work.  Next suggestion.

Hello @joanbb! Welcome to the Forums.

 

I'd like to mention is that Android 8.0 (Android O) has not been fully released to the public yet and as such, there is a big possibility that there will be compatibility issues at this point.
