Hi,
Sometimes it takes a couple weeks that Versa2 sync with phone, SamsungA40. And then, it end and nothing happens.
So, when Versa2 start working with SamsungA40??

Since you mentioned that the Versa 2 isn't syncing at all with your Samsung A40 please try this syncing troubleshooting and confirm that your operating system is compatible with the app, for Android it should be OS 7.0 or higher.
