So when will FitBit catch up to current smartphone technology and add the Samsung 10 series to compatible devices?

Hello @NY2TX, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Let me share with you that at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Samsung Galaxy S10 will be added to our list of compatible devices. Rest assured, we are always working and testing several devices to make sure that they meet all the necessary requirements to work as intended with our products and services. That said, my best advise at this moment will be to constantly check our compatibility list for any update.

Even though this specific mobile device isn't compatible, can you please give me more information and details about the difficulties you're experiencing with it so I can assist you with them?

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

You do realize that your response is unacceptable. A high tech company like FitBit should ensure both vertical and horizontal compatibility of all of its devices with current technologies.

That's still another reason why I won't spend my money upgrading to another FitBit product, but will migrate to a fitness watch when I have the funds.

You asked for details @RicardoFitbit

It can take up to 20 mins before I can get my FitBit Flex (original) to be recognized by the Samsung Galaxy 10e. In the Bluetooth setup area of my phone, it shows that the Flex cant synch.

Frankly, this is unacceptable. Your response that you can't tell me when or if the 10 series will be added to the compatible list is also unacceptable.
