A Flex 2 just recevied from my friend but could not be sync to my Samsung Galaxy C7.
Seems that no support for the phone for all FITBIT products.
Any suggestion from experiened user?!

As you say, the C7 is not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
Sometimes phones not on the list do work so it's worth trying the setup procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/ However, if this doesn't work then there's probably not much that can be done.
Do you have access to a computer that you could use to setup and sync your fitbit?
