Hey Fitbit team please please please get the note 10 plus under compatible devices for the versa 2. Give me the engineers numbers and I beg them lol

Let me share with you that we are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended with our products and services. As it turns out, at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advice for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update.

Has anything been done to make the Versa 2 compatible with the Note 10 Plus? I am able to locate the device, it generates the 4 digit code but when I enter the code on my phone it won't connect. This is so frustrating

Nevermind, I'm good to go. Apparently there was a known issue with syncing yesterday.
