About your question, let me share that our team tests the Fitbit app on multiple phones to ensure its functionality with them. Currently the Fitbit app hasn't been optimized to work with the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus, and while it might be able to connect, there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work to sync or receive notifications. Our team keeps adding more models in the supported devices list, and at the moment I'd recommend to sync one of the phones added in that list or with a computer.
You can also add your support to this idea posted by another user in the Feature Suggestions board by adding your vote or comment. The more votes the better chance of getting the attention of the developers.
