Any closer adding the samsung s 10 to the app so it will sync. I love my fitbit zip since I cannot wear anything on my wrists

Let me share with you that at this moment I don't have an specific date when or if the Samsung Galaxy S10 will be added to our list of compatible devices. However, I'd like to let you know that we are always working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they meet all the necessary requirements to work as intended with our Fitbit products and services in order for us to add them to our compatibility list.
Even though your mobile device isn't compatible, of you haven't already done so I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
