just purchased Samsung s20ultra, they've only been out a short time. Just wondering if any one knows if it will work with versa 2

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. As it turns out, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is yet not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it and your Versa 2. However, this doesn't mean that your Fitbit will not work at all with such mobile device, therefore, I suggest you to try it and let me know if you experience any issue so we can move forward.

I have also had issues. I only get the Fitbit notifications through the watch, but none of my phone notifications. For a brief time, phone calls would come through the watch, but no longer. I have followed every book and online instruction I could find. Super frustrating.
Why am I not able to connect my Fitbit Versa to Samsung S20 Ultra.
Have been trying for the last 2 hours and they will not connect.
This Fitbit worked perfectly with my Google Pixel so there is nothing wrong with it and the S20 Ultra is brand new straight out of the box.
The S20 Bluetooth works with other devices.
Ho do I get them to connect??
I recently purcahsed Samsung Ultra 20 too and I am having serious issues with it. I have tried reinstalling Fitbit app, I have tried resetting the Fitbit watch. no result. I am quite disappointed by it. Hopefully you guys can resolve this asap. I have a cross on my watch that says Data not cleared . Sync and try again. I am stuck on this screen -- no use trying to rest with the 10sec press then 2 sec pause and then press the button again fro resetting as well.
I have had the S20 plus for about 5 weeks now and the Fitbit Versa refuses to sync with it at all. They are not compatible. I think my next tracker will be the Galaxy Watch Active. It is supposed to be compatible with all Samsung devices and syncs seamlessly with this phone.

So when exactly will the fitbit be compatibke woth the S20 ultra? i mean people have asked you tbis question and you have yet to answer any of them

I would have thought that with the firmware update for the Versa that this issue would have been resolved.
