just purchased Samsung s20ultra, they've only been out a short time. Just wondering if any one knows if it will work with versa 2

I have the exact same issue. Just switched from Pixel 2 to S20 Ultra and my Fitbit Versa 2 can't pair with it. Wonder when will this be fixed?

i also have samsung S20. i get message and call notifications (owned for 48 hours so far) but the health Apps to get my blood sugar notifications wont communicate with my versa which is the ONLY reason i bought it. hoping for a update to fix soon.

I have Samsung S20+ and I was not able to connect my versa 2 to it, I contacted Fitbit support and they said the same thing others saying that the new phone is not supported! Most likely Ultra won't work neither, I'd wait few month until they add support for it. I am currently using my iPad pro to sync my Fitbit with the app, and get the stats on my phone app as well, but phone by itself simply doesn't work.

The Fitbit Versa now works for me on the S20 Ultra. (from 8 Pm (GMT+4) on 18th May 2020.)
Deleted the Fitbit app on the phone.
Updated the phone to the latest software on the phone to G988BXXU1ATD3 and security patch level 1 dated 1st April 2020.
Restarted the phone.
Updated the Fitbit Versa and restarted it.
Downloaded the Fitbit app on the phone and installed the same. It connected to the phone at once.
All functions of the Versa are now working on my Galaxy S20 Ultra.
Email and Whatsapp are now synced and working with no issues as of now.

If you are experiencing issues with the setup process or syncing your Fitbit devices, you can try the troubleshooting steps from our help articles: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?. Then, please troubleshoot the Fitbit app following the next steps:
If the issue persists, I recommend you to try with a compatible device instead in the meantime the S20 Ultra is added to our compatibility list. We are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as expected with our products and services but at this moment, I'm unable to let you know when or if it will be added to our list of compatible devices. I just bought the Samsung S20 Ultra. I have tried everything to connect my Fitbit Ionic. I have been using the Ionic for more than 2 years. What is the status of the two devices being compatible?

Recently upgraded to an S20 and having these issues as well. Not receiving notifications of messages or calls. Like you I've done everything to try and resolve it. Also very frustrated!!

Thanks for keep up on this. Thought I had updated my post but perhaps I didn't. Every popped into place here. Looks like my S20 is synched-up perfectly with the Fitbit app. Thank you !!
