just purchased Samsung s20ultra, they've only been out a short time. Just wondering if any one knows if it will work with versa 2

I cannot get it to work with my Charge 4 at all. Extremely frustrating. Is there any news on when they may become more compatible or tips on making it work?

I have a Samsung galaxy A50 and I cannot connect my fitbit versa to it ,I want to be able to get my calls and messages,this is why I bought the watch in the first place, help !

I am having same problem, when will the Gal s20 recognize the fitbit.

This affected me at first, but today I reinstalled the Fitbit app on my phone and then it was able to connect. It also forced a firmware update as well, which just completed. So I would try that:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
2. Then go into the app and retry connecting to the Fitbit there.

It is June now, and it is still nit connecting with fitbit versa 2. Your post was in March.
When will it be fixed?

I just got Samsung s20+. My fitbit versa 2 isn't working with it. I'm so disappointed. I did a factory reset on my watch hoping that was going to work. Nope. 😞

I have Uninstalled 10 times seriously and installed.. hoping it would work. But it hasn't yet.

yes i got the fit bit ultra and I can't vet any notifications on it at all very frustrating

I just got Samsung galaxy s 20 Ultra 5g now my fitbit charger 4 won't connect to my Bluetooth. I just got fitbit last month worked fine on my old Samsung note 9. So now this sucks feels like I wasted my money on charger 4 if u can fix this soon
