just purchased Samsung s20ultra, they've only been out a short time. Just wondering if any one knows if it will work with versa 2

I got my S20 Ultra and Fitbit Versa 2 paired together again today.
I have reset my watch and un-installled my app.
I then went through a fresh setup on the phone (didn't have to change log
ins)
I now have my messages etc coming through again.
I have even changed my clock face to use my Bitemoji from Snapchat.
So glad to have it back.

Guahan, my Versa paired beautifully with my previous Samsung, but won’t with the S20. Tried everything, so now I have a phone and watch that won’t sink and I have only had the watch for a year. Yours may work as it is a different model, but mine does not. Just wanted to know when it will be compatible that is all.

Mine works, but the steps are never correct unless they are in my Timezone ! 🙄 I lose steps every day...so frustrating ! Ohhh, I can not view anyone's steps entirely...they are only 2 or 3 digits long 😏 I've tried every trouble shooting solution Fitbit has told me to do and nothing has helped 🤬

Hi I just bought a Samsung s20 FE and cannot get it to pair with my charge 3. Thinking of upgrading to versa 3. Will it pair with this fitbit watch.

I contacted Fitbit customer service because my Samsung Galaxy S20+ would not pair with my Versa 2. It seems that Fitbit is not compatible with any phones newer than the Galaxy 10+.

It is very disappointing. If I had known Fitbit was not up to date with new phones, would have got Samsung watch.

My Versa 2 worked just fine with my Galaxy S20. I now have a Sense and it also works fine with my Galaxy S20.

My Fitbit will show fitness info but will not give me text, phone call, or email notifications. If you go to Fitbit and look for phones compatible you will see that the 10 plus is the newest phone to work completely with Fitbit. Also check customer service. I asked them why Fitbit technology was not up to date with the newer phones and was told it wasn't that they weren't up to date but that the S20 phones had not been tested.

I am having the same difficulties as everyone else. My phone calls AND messages do not come through from my Galaxy S20 to my Versa 3. When will this compatability be fixed? Seems like a good idea to just return the Versa at this point. Wouldn't recommend buying it... there are other options available that are compatible.
