just purchased Samsung s20ultra, they've only been out a short time. Just wondering if any one knows if it will work with versa 2

I just installed the Android 11 / Samsung UI 3 update to my unlocked Galaxy S20 5G phone. Am pleased to report that my Fitbit Sense syncs perfectly fine to my phone.

I just did an update on my phone as well and my Versa 2 is still losing steps 😏 Now I'm debating on buying the Sense too being yours works. Are all of your steps counting in all other Timezones ?

I can't attest that my Fitbit Sense accurately records my steps, stairs, distance, heart beat, sleep or any other metric.

Just got my S20 yesterday. Won't pair, and yes, it's December and will soon be January. Seems vaccines are faster that Fitbit compatibility with phones. Let's warp speed some fixes Fitbit....please!

I logged on on the fitbit website with my laptop, added the device and voila, it works!!

This will not work with my Versa 2--I am very disappointed. Please add this phone to the compatibility list. I depend on my watch when I am at work and my phone is put away.

My Versa Lite suddenly stopped syncing with my S20 and started losing time. They are replacing my device, but now that I see the S20 isn't supported, the replacement isn't going to work either. I also bought the Charge 3 as a gift, but now that I see how glitch these devices are, I really wish I had bought a Garamin.

OMG - If you own a Fitbit - DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PHONE EVER!
It is literally a YEAR later and Fitbit and the phone STILL DO NOT WORK.
So I bought an Oura ring and it works better. I use the Alexa next to my bed to listen to meditations that DON'T TURN OFF

I recently bought an Oura ring. You can even swim and shower with it. It works all the time. Fitbit KNEW about this issue for a YEAR.
And they BLEW US OFF.
So... Goodbye Fitbit - Oura is easier, and it doesn't stink like this app does. Too bad, I used it more than Calm, but now I'm back with Calm!
FITBIT IS NO MORE
