I'm having trouble finding in my settings how to set up the call and text alert! My friend has the same fitbit charge HR but with an iPhone and had no trouble!

Go to the menu (top left of screen) and select devices and then your tracker  and scroll down and choose Call and Text Notificaions in the "General" area and you will see your options.
