Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Compatibility

I know this was a previous known issue--not syncing with this phone. Given how long this phone has been out, I am hoping there is a fix.

Welcome to the Community @asherw5. Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is not compatible yet. Our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones, your patience will be much appreciated. In the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a computer or compatible phone. I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.

Why isn't the s7 edge a compatible phone yet? It's been out since March. It does not take this long to test something out and make the required changes. This is appalling service from fitbit.

@Rachel1104 Welcome to our Community! Not sure what the delay may be for our developers to add this phone to the list. Usually Galaxy devices are really friendly so you can still try syncing your tracker with it but I can't guarantee it will work with it.

@tammycanada Welcome to our Community! Have you logged any activity for that week or have you used MobileRun to track your exercise with the GPS on your phone? Any of these activities won't count toward your weekly Friend's competition, only the steps recorded by your tracker itself will count toward this area.

Keep me posted!
