Samsung Galaxy S7 edge

I just purchased an Alta and it won't sync. I looked at the boards and went to one of the links. I checked to see if my phone (a Galaxy S7 edge) was a device that could be paired and it was not listed. So am I just out of luck? Or is that information not updated? Very frustrated!

Hello @Tripsin03 and welcome to the Community! Congratulations on your Alta. 

 

I checked over the compatible's list and the S7 Edge is there, as you can see:

So you do not have to worry for compatibility. Regarding your device if the set-up was completed the syncing should go smoothly. Is your device on Android 6 Marshmallow? If that is the case you will need to turn the location for the syncing to work properly.

 

 Otherwise there is a couple of steps to check out so that you can look into the syncing issue. One of them being a restart of the Alta (thank you @wandamarie).
