Samsung Galaxy S8 compatibility with Versa 2

Hello! I would like to know if a samsung S8 is compatible and can be synchronised to a Fitbit Versa 2.

Thanks for your post. I'm a Fitbit Ionic user and I used to have a Samsung Galaxy S8. Same as @Rich_Laue mentioned in his post, I didn't experience any issue with such mobile device and my Ionic. Also, let me share with you that this specific phone is listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you should not experience any issue with the syncing process.

I also have a Samsung 8. I am able to receive Chat, Messenger and texts on my Versa2 but NOT my gmails.. and I have checked them in notifications..  

Does it depend on the Samsung version??

Yes, I believe v8 is the earliest, however if some notifications come through all shoipd should. Have you checked your settings. Many android phones have 2 mail reader apps. Is the correct app chosen?

Yes, only using the gmail app.
