Samsung Galaxy S9 not Syncing

I've had the Versa since day one!  4/16/18 and for 3 months it has worked wonderful.  All of a sudden last week, it stopped syncing to my Galaxy S9.  My husbands still syncs to his S9.

Anyone have this problem?

Fitbit won't do anything b/c the S9 hasn't been "tested" yet.  It syncs  to my Iphone 8, but my primary phone is the S9.

I bought it from Best Buy and have their warranty, but nothing is wrong with the watch itself.

Hi, @lmestes1, if you have sometimes been using your iPhone 8 you will need to have Bluetooth turned OFF on your iPhone 8 before your Versa will sync with your S9.

As long as BT is off on the iPhone you should be able to sync with the S9.  If it does not sync right away, try giving the Versa a restart and then immediately try to force a sync.

Your Versa can only form one Bluetooth bond at a time.  I expect it has got bonded with your iPhone and that is why your S9 won't sync with it anymore.  I expect you will solve this issue by having BT on on only one phone at a time -- or turn off the iPhone altogether when you want to sync.

I never even used the iPhone until I had the syncing problems.  I actually deleted the app from the iPhone after it synced the one time.

BUT- I reset the watch today and now it is syncing.  I'll pray it continues working.

Thank you!
