Samsung Galaxy tab 4

Is anyone successfully syncing their fitbit flex with the Samsung Galaxy tab 4?  I am considering buying one and want it to link with my fitbit.

Regarding your question, Fitbit trackers are able to sync with your Galaxy Tab 4 with no problem. You can take a look at this page in order to see the supported devices for syncing.

If you acquire a Fitbit tracker, follow the setup process listed in this help article.

In fact I am having problems connecting the Flex2 with my Samsung Tab 4. I get as far as the Tab 4 has found the tracker but it then fails to pair (on multiple occassions) and I've tried the suggested fixes. Help would be appreciated

@didipud Thanks for joining us in this thread! I would like to follow up and would like to know if you are getting any error message when trying to pair your tracker with your Tab 4. If so, please provide a screenshot of the error message in this thread. This will help me to determine the cause of the issue.

Should have read Tab S not Tab 4. I get as far as 'We found your tracker' and asked to 'Tap your tracker', the app then times out and fails to connect. No error message and the Tab S shows the device is paired but nothing beyond that.

I have followed all the suggested fixes e.g. restarting Bluetooth including those suggested on other parts of this forum.
