Hi. 

I am interested in purchasing myself a fitbit versa or charge, but I have been reading the comments how some people say that my phone is not compatible, I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro. I really want to buy myself a fitbit but now am to worried that it won't work with my phone.

Thanks for your interest in Fitbit. The Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro is currently not on supported devices list. This means that we cannot guarantee that it will work 100% of the time.

 

It is important to mention that as long as the phone fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a chance that they will work correctly however we cannot guarantee it. Some users have mentioned that following these steps has helped them get their phones not on the list to sync and work correctly. Maybe you could give it a shot if you do end up getting a Fitbit. 

 

Alternatively you can also use a computer or a tablet to sync your Fitbit and check all your data on your phone without any hiccups.
