I purchased a versa. I have a samsung s7 edge. I cannot get it to update. The watch is useless without update. Have restarted EVERYTHING a million times and even called support and they couldn't get it fixed. Any ideas??

Thanks for trying all those steps before posting in here.
I could see that you indeed get in touch with our support team. Since you already tried everything they suggested the last thing I'd recommend is that you try updating the Versa with a different phone or computer. That should help so that everything is downloaded properly.
