I used to have no issue syncing my Alta to my Samsung S7. Suddenly it stopped syncing and nothing I have found has given me a solution. This renders my Fitbit pretty much useless. Please help.

Hello @pghruth, welcome aboard to our Community. Note that the Samsung S7 is not yet in our list of compatible devices but it has all the specs to be compatible. Is only that has not been fully tested and we cannot guarantee will work flawlessly. We can try with the following recommendations to troubleshoot syncing issues with Android from @SunsetRunner.
