Hi
Is anyone else having an issue with their Blaze battery not even lasting a few hours? I've spoken to Fitbit Support and they have confirmed that the issue is that i'm running my tracker with a Samsung S8+.
They can't however after nearly 2 months tell me exactly what the issue is or how long it's going to take to resolve.
Does anybody have any suggestions?
Thank you

@Scott90 My Blaze died last month, after two years of use. I used a Samsung S8 (not the Edge or the +) and had no battery issues. Didn't use it for text messages or notifications as it would have been vibrating all day.
Have you tried not having all day sync, notifications and texts?
Sorry I can't be more help with this.

I've turned all day sync and all notifications off and its still lasting only a couple of hours.
I dont think its the tracker itself to be honest. Fitbit have looked at it and confirmed there's an issue with the firmware and Samsung S8+
Im using a Charge HR for now and hopefully the issue will be resolved.
Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Hi
Am having the same issue with S8 and Fitbit Blaze. The blaze battery won't last more than 4-6 hours!!
I have spoken to Fitbit and they have said they are trying to resolve the issue with Samsung.

They've said today that the issue is Samsung. They don't say though whether they are working together on a fix
