Currently the Samsung Galaxy S10 isn't yet a fully supported device, and for this reason it may not always work correctly with the Fitbit app and its features. While I don't have more details when it'll be added to our supported devices list, I'm sure our team will keep working on the Fitbit app so it can work on this device.
