So, my screen works, I get notifications and can tap it awake or push the button on the side but it won't let me navigate through anything. It just stays on the home screen or it will try to go to my music controls when I long press the side button but it's not connected to my phone and I can't reconnect because I can't swipe to go to the settings to turn the Bluetooth on. I'm using a galaxy s9 phone and have no problems otherwise with my fitbit. I love my watch but it's very aggravating not being able to do anything with it. Again, there is absolutely nothing wring with the screen and the watch has never even been wet aside from a few rain drops maybe. I don't know why this is happening but if anyone has had the same problem or knows how tl fix it, please let me know. I've even checked to make sure everything was fully updated and everything. I'm completely stumped. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I have had this same problem a couple of time. To reboot I put the fitbit on the charger then press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until it reboots. Does not work for me unless it is on the charger. Hope this helps.
