Sense won't start/restart

I've had my sense for about 4 months. Today I was trying to initiate an EDA test when the screen went black and the fit bit logo came on. Since then the screen cycles between the fit bit logo (4 seconds) and black screen (4 seconds) . when the fit bit logo ends a blue line crosses the whole screen like a glitching computer. I have tried pushing the button for 10+ seconds and left it charging but no change. I pair my sense with a galaxy9. What do I do???

Hi @Elderflower611,

 

You need to contact Support right away (link is at the bottom of the page).  Something is wrong with your Sense battery and a Battery Test needs to be administered.

 

By any chance, did you purchase the device directly through Fitbit?  You may need to exchange the device for a new one, and if you got it directly through Fitbit, you have the limited warranty you could use to get a replacement.
