I try to exercise 5 times a week. I have the most time to exercise on Thursdays and weekends. However, it irks me when I cannot meet the prescribed cardio load.
Lately I've been seeing the cardio load target peak on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. My cardio load on weekends returns to sub-100.
Is there a way to train Fitbit to give me regular cardio load targets on certain days of the week, while letting me have the most intense cardio load targets on weekends instead?
I know this is very minor and I shouldn't let myself be bothered by cardio load targets. I exercise regularly either way. But it just scratches an itch differently when I see I hit the cardio load target for that day.
Any secret settings I don't know about or is this something that's still not supported at the moment?

@rungus Fitbit's Personal Health Coach, which is currently in Public Preview, fixes this problem by providing a weekly Cardio Load goal, rather than different goals every day. That allows you to manage your weekly exercise schedule in a way that works best for you.
The Public Preview is currently available to Fitbit Premium members in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom, and the United States. The new app will roll out globally to everyone eventually, but I don't know when that will happen.
