Many years ago, I must have manually entered a calorie daily activity goal. I suspect it's no longer appropriate, but I can't work out how to remove the value I entered and have the app set it to whatever it calculates (like it would on first installation). Note that I don't want to enter another number manually; I want the app to revert to its default for my age, etc.
Does anyone know how to do this?

@Guy_ Thanks for your input.
@Gondwana Thanks for reaching about the calorie goal on your account.
I went through the settings and there is no way to reset this to default. You will have to enter it manually. However, I just created a new account with the same personal settings and got the calorie goal of 2619 kcal. So you could create a new account for the app to calculate your default calorie goal and then you can set it up in you original account. That is the only way I found to retrieve this exact number for your own account/personal settings. Have a nice day!

Hi @Gondwana - it may not be the answer you are looking for but this article explains the process in which the profile data and activity is used to calculate calories, the actual goal is something you set to suit your objectives.
How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?
Probably the default goal is the average of normal days activities over a week or month because it depends to a certain degree on your natural life style for your age. Increasing you activity is required to reach a higher goal than the default and is something you choose to aim for.
Depending on the device you are using this could be very arbitrary as certain devices don't measure HR well during activity.

@RodrigoMFitbitThanks. I'll do it that way.
It seems strange that it's not possible to revert to using a default, because the value should presumably change with age and weight. I doubt that most users would recalculate and update the figure every year, whereas I assume that the default figure changes automatically (until overridden).
